Move to Lexington Kentucky is the real estate brand of one of the best realtors in the Bluegrass, Cathy Davis. With over two decades of experience in real estate, we knew we had to produce a brand that would compliment Cathy’s reputation as a realtor, and also showcase the Bluegrass in a beautiful way.

One of the main things that we wanted to avoid was the typical, “realtor plaster” brand, where you’ve got your overly-friendly neighborhood realtor smeared all over the page- instead, we used Cathy’s reputation as more of a backdrop, and focused on our beautiful state and what it means to live here. The result is perfect.

As with most of our projects, incorporating story across the brand is what makes a connection with the consumer, and the video production that we did with Move to Lexington not only showcases the brand, but displays the beauty of Kentucky.
